Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FRWD Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

FRWD Solutions provides web development services including but not limited to:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce solutions
• Database integration
• User authentication systems
• Ongoing maintenance and support

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment plans available for larger projects
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on project scope and client responsiveness. Delays in client feedback or content provision may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

5. Project Scope and Revisions

Projects are limited to the scope defined and agreed upon at the time of signing the service agreement. Any additional features or functionality beyond the original scope may be subject to:

• Inclusion as part of the agreed revision allowance, if applicable
• Classification as scope expansion requiring additional time and cost
• Evaluation for compatibility with the current project architecture
• Separate quotation and approval process for implementation

We will work with clients to accommodate reasonable feature additions within the revision framework when possible, while maintaining project quality and timeline integrity.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project requirements
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content and materials
• Maintaining backup copies of their data
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the rights to their website content and design. FRWD retains the right to use project work in portfolios and marketing materials. Any third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide warranty coverage for defects in workmanship for the duration specified in your service package. This warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environment changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

FRWD Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed to date. FRWD will provide completed work files upon full payment.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
